Gadget Melody Warranty Policy

At Gadget Melody, we ensure the quality and authenticity of all our products. Below is our warranty policy for your reference.

  • Eligible Products: All genuine products from **Gadget Melody** are covered, except for consumables like covers, storage devices, batteries, and powerbanks (unless specified).
  • Warranty Period: Ranges from **no warranty to 5 years** (check product page for details).
  • Covered Issues:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Performance issues under normal use

  • Physical damage (drops, accidents, burns, or misuse)
  • Water damage (unless specified by the manufacturer)
  • Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions
  • Consumables (batteries, powerbank) unless defective
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Provide Proof: Share your order confirmation, receipt (digital or paper), and product box.
  • Include Items: Make sure to include all items that came in the product box, such as accessories, manuals, etc.
  • Send Photos/Videos: Show the product issue for verification
  • Return Process: We will guide you if the product needs inspection

  • First Step: If the product is repairable, we will fix it and return it to you.
  • If Not Repairable: If the product is beyond repair, you will receive a new replacement.
  • If Replacement Is Not Possible: If a replacement is not available, you may choose an alternative product of the same price range.
  • Full Refund: If none of the above solutions are viable, we will provide a full refund.

  • Applies **only to manufacturing defects** reported within **3 days** of receiving the product.
  • Warranty countdown starts from the **delivery date**.

  • For **defective products**, Gadget Melody covers the return shipping.
  • For **non-defective returns**, the customer bears the shipping costs.
  • Note: For warranty claims, you can either visit our office or send the product by courier at your own cost. We are not responsible for any courier charges or damages during shipping.

The warranty is transferable if the product is resold or gifted. The new owner must have the original proof of purchase.

Gadget Melody is not liable for **indirect damages** (e.g., data loss, business interruptions). We cover **only manufacturing defects** as per Bangladeshi consumer laws.
