We deliver across Bangladesh! Estimated delivery times and charges:
- Inside Dhaka: 1-2 days (৳60-৳100)
- Outside Dhaka: 3-5 days (৳100-৳150)
Failed Deliveries: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
We offer hassle-free returns, but with certain conditions:
- Return Window: You can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product (must be unused and in original packaging).
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Earphones & audio accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Digital goods (e.g., software, subscriptions)
- Refunds: Processed after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Fraudulent Chargebacks: Unjustified disputes or chargebacks may lead to legal action and account blacklisting.
