- If packaging appears damaged on delivery, do not accept it and notify us immediately.

If you receive the wrong product (wrong color, size, or model), contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
4. Non-returnable Items
- Sale and discounted products are non-returnable.
- Software and digital licenses are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For preference-based returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears the shipping cost.
